PERFORMANCE METHODOLOGY
Transparency begins with the record.
The system is designed to preserve publication time, lifecycle changes, calculation assumptions, and corrections before any aggregate figure is shown.
Record creation
Each signal receives a unique ID and an original creation timestamp in UTC. Publication time is shown in IST where appropriate.
Entry treatment
The archive records the stated entry price or range. If execution cannot be established, the record is not silently treated as filled.
Exit treatment
Exit price, exit timestamp, cancellation, expiry, or invalidation is recorded as a lifecycle event.
Costs and slippage
Gross and net outcomes remain separate. Any cost and slippage assumptions must be documented with the record.
Revisions
Corrections create a revision record containing the prior value, new value, editor, reason, and timestamp.
Aggregation
Incompatible methodologies are not combined. A denominator and inclusion rules must be published before any accuracy statistic appears.
Excluded and incomplete records
Cancelled, expired, partially executed, and missing-data records remain visible with their status. They are not silently removed from the archive. Hypothetical and backtested material must be labeled separately from actual published signals.
Limitations
Historical records cannot reproduce every member's execution, tax position, brokerage, liquidity, latency, or slippage. Past performance does not predict future results.
